Our Herding Dogs
Our dogs are young and not working, yet. They are a Border Collie cross. Border Collies are thought to be first in intelligent dogs. They can learn quite a large vocabulary, including 'left' and 'right' and can anticipate the movements of the animals that they are herding.
Sheep are opportunists and escape artists and a dog is an important tool in their control. It would be hard to think about owning sheep without a herding dog and these dogs are among the best.
These herding dogs can also be used to herd cattle and horses.
